I have not received my loan since yesterday of 1000 shilling which am supposed to pay 1067 within three weeks

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're facing.
However, please note that account-specific inquiries always should be sent to Zidisha's Staff (goyimei.info/team) by clicking on the HELP link in your account.
The Forum is for general-policy questions, which can be answered by any Zidisha member who reads the FAQs (goyimei.info/faq) and the Announcements posted by the Director (goyimei.info/forums/4).
The Forum is not intended for helping with any account-specific problems. (This is indicated in the Forum Guidelines [goyimei.info/forums]. Click on the "Forum Guidelines" tab to read: "...Prohibited use of the Forum includes... Appeals to Zidisha Staff to expedite loan review or take any other action...").
Although the members of the Staff (goyimei.info/team) sometimes visit and post in the public Forum, it is not on a regular basis. (By the way, the same is true of borrowers' public Discussion pages. Please remember that most lenders, even "Community Moderators", are not Staff members, so they cannot help you with anything administrative.)
Therefore, every request for assistance from the Staff needs to be submitted privately to them, by clicking on the HELP link in your account. (This applies to lenders, too, not just to borrowers.) Thank you.

Good. But in many cases one is been directed to post on the forum instead of giving him/her a form to fill and submit for their issues. Just as in my own case of credit limit reduction after paying the complete out standing loan, when I wanted to write to the staff, I was instructed to write to the forum.

Hi Laurie, thanks for that. Unfortunately, most of the time (and I really mean most) - the subject matters on the Help page is REFERRED back to the Borrowers' Forum to 'discuss' with the Zidisha Community, I would imagine it's one reason why so many Admin issues are being posted here because some have assumed it is the Support Page..

Thank you for your post.
Lenders cannot see what borrowers see on their HELP page,
so I didn't realize it was quite so limited now; however, I do
know that "Disbursement not received" still is one of the
options available (in the drop-down list of "Help" subjects)
which *does* allow for sending a message to the Staff.
I see that Kennedy now has received his net disbursement.
P.S.: Purity, regarding the "Help" page for borrowers
being referred back to the Forum for various issues,
it's my understanding that technical difficulties now
are to be posted in the Forum, but borrowers need to
realize they wouldn't necessarily get a personal response
and they would need to check back in their account
from time to time to see if the issue has been resolved.
In fact, most posts in the Forum are intended for
*any* member of the Zidisha community to reply to
(and only very occasionally would anyone on the Staff
reply). Keep in mind, too, that "Community Moderators"
in the Forum are *not* on the Staff. You may see
"Moderators" reply sometimes, but they also are
not obligated to do so.
I know you probably already know these points, Purity.
Am adding this since it seems obvious that quite a lot
of people visiting the Forum don't yet know.
