I was servicing my last loan of shs. 105,000/= which was to run until 5th February, 2019.
By December 2018, my project had paused and I was waiting for completion of my loan on 5th February 2019 so that I can apply for a further loan.
During the month of December and early January 2019 I received several messages on my wall advising me to pay off my loan between 7th January and 5th February and get a credit bonus which would put me to the next loan level of Shs. 140,000/. Here I saw an opportunity to clear my loan and request for the next loan to help me continue with my current project. So I borrowed shs. 25,000/= which was the outstanding amount, from a friend. I paid off my loan of shs. 105,000/= today and received your acknowledgment and request to post a loan proposal.
When I checked my credit limit it was giving me shs.109,000/= as opposed to the promised shs. 140,000/=. This has caused me concern because I acted on your word and this is the second time this has happened to me.
Please let me know what the problem might be. You have my records. I had already put my plans for the work on my project based on shs. 140,000/=.
Thanks and God bless you.
