Kindly Zidisha, I lost my previous line that i used to acquire a loan with and tried to replace it and was told its no longer in service with safaricom. Kindly would like to link my previous account to my new line that i bought to enable me pay my outstanding loan. Kindly help.

Go to help page, choose one of support ticket there, I think it is technical ticket.
Inform the staff about your intention to update your new number and please attach your ID card there for verification.
