We are experiencing a delay in posting repayments and sending disbursements in Ghana, due to a technical change MTN has made to their payment platform.
We are working with MTN to resolve this as quickly as possible. I will continue to post updates here as they become available.

My final loan payment is yet to be credited to my accounts .
I think you should arrange with the other networks to enable borrowers to repay through their network. I am saying this because MTN is also giving loans to customers. It could be a way of frustrating applicants in order to patronize their new loan business.
Still my 2 weeks repayment is not credited to my account
We in Ghana are praying and hoping that this technical change by MTN would be resolve as early as possible. Thank you and God bless you for all your efforts.

Thanks madam. Unfortunately I'm a new member and accidentally made a double payment when I realized the first payment was not credited to my account. Please what should I do?
Bismark, I see you had 11 GHS remaining on your loan, so if you've sent us that amount twice, the overpayment will be refunded when the loan's showing as repaid.
The refund will automatically appear in our Pending Disbursements area and then staff will need to process it, so we advise to allow a week, as for all disbursements normally.

Thank you Lenders, Thank you Zidisha Team and all Mentors worldwide, MTN-Ghana should be contacted by Zidisha to create a platform that would be linked to Zidisha platform in order to credit loan re-payment as soon as possible, instead of making a transfer that take hours of Borrows accounts to be credited, I think MTN-Ghana would be Glad to have Zidisha on their platform and also that would Get more Borrows to join Zidisha as well. Thank you Very much and i hope my suggestion would be considered.

I would like to share an update that we have been in telephone and email contact daily with the MTN payment service, and they are working to restore our access as quickly as possible. I spoke again with our account manager today, and he indicated that they expect to be able to restore access tomorrow.
We will continue to follow up with MTN until our access is restored, and will post updates here.

Dear Director Julie,
It been four days now since your post on payment and payment creditation.
In your post you write that you have been in communication with MTN and have assured you to restore these two challenges the day after 28 June, 2018.
It been four days and payments have not been credited and disbursement in Ghana too.
Kindly update on the challenges so far if any.
This is too sad for we Ghanaian borrowers. If they will not give us loan again, they should be bold make it clear to us. How can we continue to make payments without knowing the amount paid.

Well, it is 7days today as they said they will restore it and yet nothing has been change or you have not posted updates as to their response whether it is working through or not. please keep on with MTN because they might ignore your complain and attend to customer present with them live instead of email and phone complains, Thank you very much hope to read updates and i expect to sea "problem restored"
Madam Julia, you have done it again. Am so excited just as my invited members. I have received multiple messages crediting all my payments. I also qualified for a repayment bonus just as u said. You are truly mother Julia. I have learnt also that more patience is a coefficient of better things. Fellow Ghanaians,let's be thankful

I am beginning to think the same. This is really getting out of hand. I don't know when to make payments again because all my payments are not credit.
