I got an email some days ago that my loan was fully funded. When I open the dashboard, it's requesting me to upload a new ID.
But when I click on the button, nothing happens.

I'm sorry to see your loan application expired in the meantime.
I notice you've now created another one.
I've seen this issue (of nothing happening when clicking the button) reported by another borrower in a support ticket, so in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing, I'll post again when I've heard back from the Technical Team.
I noticed today that you sent in a Support Ticket about this on June 15th. I've just replied to you there.
As Dave mentioned above, as soon as the Technical Team has a chance to look into the issue, you will be informed. Whichever one of us notices the update from them first will let you know!
As it turns out, several other borrowers have been experiencing this issue, too, over the past couple of days. The Technical Team is aware of their Support Tickets, as well, which we will reply to again with an update, as soon as possible.
We hope this will be resolved by the time your current loan request is funded.
