Forum > Borrower Questions > Late Credits In Payment
Some of my mentes and invitees normally called to complain about the payments made but still not credited to their account. I take my time to explain to them to wait for three business days and send a support ticket with the necessary information when pass three business days.
Over some months past, this has become rampant and a times become quite disturbed as l keep on answering this same questions and trying to calm some muscles down.
I know zidisha is short of staff but try to solve this issue of late credit of amount into ones account when he/she made payments. Some even goes beyond weeks before they are even credited, and this also goes to the extend of discouraging some borrowers in making payments when their previous amount paid has not been credited to their account.
Kusi, it never should take weeks. If it ever goes more than three business days, and especially if it ever goes more than one week, the borrower always should send in a support ticket with all of the payment details.
Currently, the payment-team support tickets from the anglophone countries (Ghana, Kenya, Zambia) are pending only since 13 May 2018. I'm not seeing any support tickets pending for the anglophone-country payment teams dating back any further than that. Please advise your "mentees" to send in a support ticket to the payment teams, a.s.a.p., with the appropriate details, in order to get their issues resolved. Thanks! :)
Mine is getting to three days. I made payments on Sunday and has not yet been credited. I will send the support ticket when it's is not credit after tomorrow .
Fath send a support ticket.
Yes, Fath, please send in a support ticket Thursday morning--(Thursday afternoon in Ghana)--if the payment has not been credited to your account by the end of the business day on Wednesday evening (United States Eastern Time-Zone).
Please note that borrowers have to allow three (3) full business days to elapse after making payment before sending in a support ticket.
Zidisha's official business days are weekdays (Monday through Friday), and please also note that it is according to the United States Eastern Time-Zone.
If a holiday in the United States falls on a weekday, please allow additional time because sometimes most of our volunteers are in the United States and they usually don't work here on holidays. Also, of course, some of the holidays here in the U.S.A. are holidays in other countries, too, where other volunteers are located.
