is it few staff?? or what? because I have a pressing issue in my ticket but no one seems to reply
Normal turnaround time is three business days (Monday through Friday, U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone). When short-staffed, it can take longer.
We have been short-staffed for a while and still are; therefore, patience is required. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
P.S.: I see that the disbursement-and-repayment-inquiry support tickets for the anglophone countries (Ghana, Kenya, Zambia) currently are caught up: pending only since Sunday, May 13th. The general-inquiry support tickets for those countries, however, currently are backlogged since Saturday, May 5th. Again, thank you for your patience as the teams do their best to respond to the pending inquiries in the support-ticket system.
thank you laurie. well then I think zidisha should also have patience in payments .since I paid,but a problem occured.and I cant pay another installment untill the first one is sorted. let patience be from both sides
Zidisha will credit you with the amount paid even when previous payments are not credited.
You just continue to make payments and they will credit you with all the amount paid together.

Please also note that payments get credited as of the date you paid through the designated money-transfer partner in your country (in Kenya, M-Pesa), not the date the team records it on your account on the Zidisha website. That means that any temporary negative effect to your on-time repayment record automatically gets corrected when the payment reflects (and, if not, that would be only because of a technical issue, in which case you would report it on a support ticket).
Additionally, please be aware that payment reminders are automated (not sent out by a live person), so if you already have paid when you receive a payment reminder, then you can ignore the reminder.
