Our Technical Team is aware of an issue regarding the closure of some accounts recently and they're currently investigating it. I'm not sure yet whether your account was affected by this, but we apologise for the problem and I'll update you again when I've heard back from them.

Mine has also been closed, opened, my loan expired with 7 days to go, I applied a new one, again my account closed, whats happening?

Please scroll way down to the end of that post, where there are screenshots which show the "Decline" options that Julia, our Director, created for people moderating the Forum.
Therefore, in fairness to others who, as mentioned in that post, wait their turn in the Support-Ticket system, please send in a Support Ticket for this type of inquiry in the future (or an email if you are no longer able to access your borrower account). Thank you.

Just create a support ticket requesting your account to be deleted,however as zidisha member i regret see you going away,
