    I've just heard back from our Technical Team and they say the error's now fixed!

      could you help me on the same issue of ID upload? it cant upload I have tried since 9th Dec with nothing happening while i need to accept a fully funded loan.

      Can you post a screen shot of where you went to after clicking the upload button on your dashboard? I am still being taken back to the loan application page and I cannot see any place to upload the ID.

    Sorry this hasn't been fixed for everyone. I've informed our Technical Team and asked if it's been rectified on the app.
    While waiting to hear back from them, an option is to download the latest app update and see if that solves it.

    Please how do I change my ID number because the one I used for joining zidisha was not the right ID card . But I have the right one now

      I think it's better you make a technical ticket to ask their help to update your ID, do you still remember the ID you use for registration? If you still remember try to attach both of the last ID and the new ID. Or find out what should you do as their instruction. And please be patient, support ticket usually answered within 3-5 working days US time.
