Greetings from Ghana to you all in this noble community. I have observed that some zidisha staff members are working voluntarily just to help the zidisha community. Due to this situation, the hours spent here to attend to problems is limited and it is causing much problems for borrowers. I suggest that the service fee should be increased from 5% to 10% so that the extra 5% can be used to pay staff members to work for the community and promote it too. As this community is developing at a fast rate, we need staff members that can work all the time to help both borrowers and lenders .
