    My loan application has been unactivated because my I'd card is not clear. Unfortunately whenever I try to upload my I'd card it's failing, what could be the problem. Please help me.

    This also happening to me. I have uploaded it but it is still showing on the dashboard that i should upload my National Id meanwhile i have done it. I think is a Technical problem. Zidisha team must assist us.

    There is a technical error on my dashboard page hence it's not opening for me to upload my readable valid ID card. My fear is that the fund would be return to the lender.

    My loan has been fully funded but the ID issue is limiting me from accepting the loan. Hope the amount will still be there after the error had been fixed

    I also have the loan submitted and acknowledged as submitted. And then I received an email that my ID card posted back in 2015 when I joined is now not very clear and I should post another one. Problem is that am being taken back to the loan application page and there is no place to upload said ID card copy. In the meantime, the loan application duration period is still counting and decreasing.
    Any advice to solve this???

    My loan application has been inactivated because my I'd card is not clear. On the dashboard it keeps on saying upload I'd card.I'm frustrated since i have tried to upload I'd card unfortunately it doesn't succeed. What could be the problem? Please assist I am you're esteemed client imagine after just clearing my loan of ksh7814 now had qualified ksh11782 and had now applied which was OK on checking dashboard after two days it showed upload I'd card iam really disappointed coz in the previous loan i have been granted well but now iam very frustrated with the issue of upload I'd card. I propose the zidisha team should remove the idea of upload I'd card and work friendly as it was before really frustrated please zidisha team act it very well or else your clients like me will sink into great poverty since I depend on zidisha for loan which is affordable in terms of payment please listen my out cry if zidisha team value me as your client just remove the idea of upload I'd card on the dashboard.It's so frustrating!

      Hi John, I'm sorry this happening with borrowers in Kenya and Ghana or the other. Borrowers from Indonesia has been asked to upload their National Identity too. And they didn't encounter this problem, you'll see that there isn't any report from Indonesia get difficulty to upload their national Identity. So I thinks it is technical issues. I'm sure zidisha ask people to do this for Zidisha security and lender savety, this is to prevent people gaming the system by having double account in zidisha. This is my opinion of course.
      Dave already inform the technical team. Let's hope they will resolve this soon.

      My assigned member have to upload their ID before they can reapply for another loan which not fully funded before. The only way apply new loan button is in dasbor . She succeded upload it as I can see her ID on her review page.
      Other Indonesian also inform in the forum few days ago that he uploaded his ID and I Can see he still in the process of loan rising. In fact, other VM in Indonesia just recently, just few hours ago able to post his ID card and his loan application already show on the project page. He shared to me that he have to upload his ID and he can do it without any difficulty or send back to his dasbor ID.

    ZIDISHA the id problem is too much please ratify the problem quick for us because without zidisha I am no body oo.
