    hi i am unable to confirm my loan application for posting what could be the problem

    It could be technical trouble. One of Indonesian have this issue as yours. Does it in Dashboard only show confirm and publish your loan?, and After you click it, it send you to "whoops something went wrong"/ sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found? If it true, then please make a technical ticket to ask the technical team to help you.
    Go to help page - technical - no, I'd like to ask help. Inform them the trouble.

    But, if your dashboard showed that you have made a lot of loan application, then you need to wait, I think, a week time before you can apply new loan.

    Hi, Maureen,

    Please attach a screenshot to your Support Ticket. Please also note that your Support Ticket first goes to a Country Liaison. Then, the Country Liaison contacts the Technical Team on your behalf. After hearing back from the Technical Team, a Country Liaison (it may be the same one as before, or it may be a different one) will let you know when the issue has been resolved. Normal turnaround time for a reply to a Support Ticket is up to three (3) business days, but it sometimes can take longer when the Technical Team needs to be consulted or when we are short-staffed, and we currently are short-staffed.
