    Sorry, I see something happened here because your dashboard says your loan application is pending staff review but it isn't found in our area for reviewing them. I've asked the Technical Team to look into it, and I'll let you know when I've heard back.

    Hello Albert.
    You mentioned in a different thread you're unable to open your dashboard to upload your ID. Can you not access your dashboard at all, or is it just the "Upload new ID card" button that's not working?
    Can you add a screenshot of the error message so our Technical Team can look into it, and let us know which device you're using?
