My account is dated April 2030 why? and I have started making payments.
This seems to be a technical error. Anytime something is wrong in any borrower's specific account, the place to report it is on a Support Ticket, via the Help link in the borrower's account (not in the Forum). The reason is because the teams that can help with that do not visit the Forum often, or in the cases of most of the volunteers on those teams, not at all. Therefore, if you have not yet done so, please do so as soon as possible.
Please be sure to attach a screenshot to your Support Ticket, for the Country-Liaison team for your country to forward to our Technical Team for investigation. Someone on that team will notify you when they've done that; and then, after they hear back from the Technical Team, they will reply to you again.
Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days for a reply. (Business days are Monday through Friday, U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.) It currently may take longer, though, because (a) we are currently short-staffed, with only about twenty-five Country Liaisons (who are divided into smaller teams, according to borrower country, and most work very part-time hours, only about three or four days per week, in most cases), and (b) the Technical Team will need to be involved, as well, and that team consists of only two people. Please also keep in mind that we have over two-hundred-thousand borrowers. Therefore, we thank you, in advance, very much for your patience.
I haven't seen any mention of the year 2030 on your account. Let us know where it says that if it's still there.
