Pls how do we apply for credit risk deductions after clearing all outstanding loans?

The procedure is as follows:
1) First, make sure that the final payment on your outstanding loan has been credited to your account. (Borrowers are allowed only one Zidisha loan at a time.)
2) Then, send in a Support Ticket from your account, requesting the refund; and please be sure to (a) attach to the ticket a clear image of your Id. Card; and (b) also attach to the ticket a clear image of yourself holding your Id. Card, making sure that the Id. Card in that photograph also is clearly readable. (Make sure it's the Id. Card that bears the Id. Number that you entered onto your account when you joined.) Also, please be sure to select the "payment team" option so the ticket automatically would be directed to the payment team for Ghanaian borrowers, instead of the usually much larger queue of "general inquiry" tickets.
3) Normal turnaround time for a reply is up to three business days. Therefore, please wait three business days before following up on your Support Ticket. (Zidisha's official business days are Monday through Friday, U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.)
I see that you currently have a new loan request in fundraising. If you do not want to continue with that, please send in a Support Ticket to request that it be expired for you.
