All of a sudden, my transaction history is showing a page full of NEGATIVE BALANCES. This is new, and must be a mistake somewhere. Very disheartening. Who should I contact?

- its not communications place. But send an email there and someone from support group will take a look at it. I have already submitted a request to have a communication forum for lenders - this use case is additional reason for it!
Keep in mind that at times a credit entry will process little late. I have seen scenario like your above. But of course it lasted for just a day or two. So send the email if it still stays that way for couple days. The only other reason I can think of is major exchange rate change between USD and the currencies in which the loans were made.
You can send email to [email protected] for detail information about your account.
That's the place lenders communications place with Zidisha for specific problem/case while support ticket for borrowers.

I am having the same problem. All payments are showing as negative instead of positive in my balance. I complained here and I sent an e mail to service and I get no response. All payments in April are showing negative.
