The default filter on the projects page is the staff picks. What is this and is there any data on whether these are more likely to get funded?

      Hi Megan,

A borrower should put time and effort in making an attractive loan profile. More info about this can be found here.

The best profiles are rewarded by staff and displayed on a more prominent place.

I don’t have data because I am a lender volunteer and not a staff member.

      Kind regards,
      Team Zidisha

Thanks for your reply, Joost. I asked as there was a borrower looking for a loan that I thought met all the criteria in the link above but was not in 'staff picks' and was not getting the funding he required. Just wondering if there is an unintended consequence of the 'staff picks' and that fact that it is the default filter for loan requests in that others don't get a look in, especially when there are a high volume of projects to be funded. It might be useful to have a 'highest number of lenders' for a project - the thinking being that the more lenders that have read through the profile and think that's it's worth supporting is a good indication that it's a 'lenders pick'
