Forum > Borrower Questions > Credit risk charges
I have been a zidisha borrower for over two years. I applied for a new loan two weeks ago. Today I have gone to edit the loan. First the minimum repayment is 4600 weekly which is high. On top of that there is a credit risk of over$50 dollars. Zidisha have my deposit of $128 already. Is this credit risk money refundable? Why is it being charged now to some Zidisha customers.
Please check the message about the credit risk payment at the announcement section of this forum.
I believe the charge was not cum credit risk we all agree on.
It is too exorbitant.
Zidisha management team must take a second look at and also not to forget about the recent declined of some loans without taking a second look at them.
Most loans are cancelled by technical error without taking a review at when borrowers file complaints.
Borrowers are really complaining about some cancellations and treating not to borrow again from Zidisha. Either through non repayments.
Zidisha is going down of late.
This credit rist payments has been causing confusion. Please it's refundable if a person completes repayment?. I think if it should be refundable, it will motivate more applicants to complete payments for they know that after completion they will still get refund of some amount. If this is not refundable, then those untrustworthy applicants will still not repay when given the loan, it will even not help business. That's my point of view.
