    Hallo ZIDISHA
    I lost my phone and am now using anew number, the previous number of which i had used to sign up- my Zidisha account is no longer in use.

    I have an existing Zidisha loan that i would like to repay and continue to enjoy your good services.

    Kindly help me to change my number in my account to my new number so as i can be able to repay my loan, regards.

    You need to make a ticket first to inform zidisha staff about your new phone number.
    Go to help page and choose technical ticket, or go to this page : goyimei.info/borrower/help
    Attach your clear ID there too.
