I am experiencing issues uploading my ID whenever applying for loans
is there anyone else who is experiencing the same problem?
I have contacted support and its been 6 days without a response

What browser do you use to upload your ID? Are you using zidisha app, browser from smartphone or notebook? Using different device have different result.
Does the upload button available or only HTML there? Because few weeks ago Indonesian borrowers reported that only HTML showed on that page, there was no upload button; but that problem already fixed.
Have you try to access zidisha through different device and browser to upload your ID? Please try again.
I was unable to edit my profile picture few days ago using crome from my smartphone, but I was succesfully edit it using crome with tablet and notebook. I find it zidisha quite strange sometimes, have to try another browser or device when my mentee inform me their difficulty to upload picture.
It will be more better if when you report your problem you include what is the error message showed and what device you used so the team able to analyze the problem.
