One of them is in the hands of the Volunteer mentor, as Volunteer mentor helping zidisha to review the members identity and it's references. Also if you find something that will threaten zidisha, you can send support ticket or email and inform them about it.

The system already have detector when someone take photo from google.

Yes! Samuel, your question is a very good one. I believe that there is an inbuilt security checks in the system to ensure that fake borrowers are detcted and declined. Do you think this is enough?
To me, the system should have little effort to do in this but each one of us have to contribute our own quater through a collective role towards making zidisha a wonderful organization as it is designed to be.

    1. Mentors and non mentors should call their assign members regularly to provide support to them but should not wait until the borrower mixes loan repayments before calling to provide the needed support. At times, simple hello from mentors and invitees in a friendly and business goal focused manner is an effort which will keep borrowers active in their repayments and to have their immediate little business problems resolved at the earliest stages before it grows to affect the entire business which may result into a borrower not paying his or her loan on time.

    2. Making Zidisha a happy place to be and to reduce number of loan defaultors is not the sole responsibility of the director Julia, lenders, Staff of Zidisha , the zidisha system and Volunteer mentors alone but a general effort of all. Let us all keep it a charge to ensure that fake borrowers are reduced to the best minimum by properly reviewing each assigned members profile content very well to ensure safety.

    3. Feel free to expose borrowers whom you suspect as fraudulent by carefully investigating and to report to zidisha staff appropriately ontime before loans are finally disbursed.

Let us all rise up and help built Zidisha together. I will contribute my own quater as a mentor towars this goal. This is what I pledge. What about you? What will you do?
